The primary task of the Interim Inquiry Panel is to fully investigate the circumstances and results of activity of Livela company in the Ukrainian oil market; calculate the losses sustained by the state in the result of tax-free import of oil by Livela company; determine the persons guilty of violating applicable laws on business administration; prepare and submit the respective materials for the law-enforcement bodies to institute proceedings against the infringers.
People´s Deputy Roman Zvarych (Our Ukraine-People´s Self-Defense Faction) was appointed Head of the Interim Inquiry Panel, and People´s Deputy Oleksii Kunchenko (Party of Regions Faction) was appointed Deputy Head of the Panel.
